Rest End Workshops
Want to learn and be inspired by the very best in the biz? Our Rest End leaders are able to provide tailor-made workshops for your school, dance school or college depending on your needs. Perhaps you’re putting on a school production of a certain musical? Perhaps your students would love to learn choreography from their favourite show? Maybe they would just love a general Musical Theatre session to learn and work with a current West End professional. Let us work with you to create an experience your students won’t forget!

Whilst our workshops are completely tailored to you, here's an example of a typical Rest End workshop's structure:
Introduction, Icebreaker Drama Activities and Physical and Vocal Warm Ups
Ultimately, we want every Rest End workshop to not only be beneficial for the students but for it to exude fun! Our Rest End leaders will: introduce themselves; set out goals and objectives for the session; create a safe and inviting workspace with age-appropriate, confidence-building drama activities and prepare the students physically and vocally as one would in readiness for a West End show.
Professional West End Content
This will be the bulk of the workshop, whereby our Rest End leader will focus on a particular show(s), teaching the students choreography, vocal parts and scene work. They will offer guidance, direction and insightful knowledge from their own West End experience. There will be opportunities for more focused feedback in small groups and for individuals to ensure everyone gets the most out of the session.
Final Performance and Q&A
Once the students feel confident with the material they've learned, we will give a final performance which can be in front of parents/teachers, the camera or even just in the presence of each other. The students will then have the opportunity to ask their Rest End leaders questions about their experience as a West End actor to gain some insight and final inspiration.
